Line to board sugar in Brazil drops to 32 ships

The total number of ships waiting to embark sugar at Brazilian ports decreased from 37 to 32 in the week ended May 15th, according to the shipping agency Williams Brazil. The report considers vessels already anchored and those who are waiting for berthing and also those that should arrive until May 30th.

The ports are scheduled to load 1.04 million tons of sugar. The majority, about 74%, will be loaded at the Port of Santos, Brazil’s biggest port.
