Inflation of ethanol in Brazil is the worst in 8 years

A survey by the Foundation Getulio Vargas (FGV) showed that the inflation of alcohol anhydrous in Brazil in 2011 reached the highest level in eight years in the month of June.The product wholesale rose 46.08% in 12 months.

The study was requested by Agencia Estado and study indicates that the impact hit retail sales and raised the prices of alcohol fuel and gasoline to the consumer.The alcohol anhydrous is used in gasoline blends.
