Ethanol Output Rose 0.3% in the US

Ethanol output in the U.S. increased 0.2 percent to 807,000 barrels a day last week, the lowest level for the time of year in records going back to June 2010, Bloomberg reported citing a report from the Energy Information Administration.

Imports rose 81 percent to 49,000 barrels a day in the week ended March 29, the highest level since Jan. 18, according to the Energy Department’s statistical arm.
