Ethanol output and inventory decline in the United States

Both the production of corn ethanol and the inventory numbers fell in the week ended June 28 in the United States, according to the Energy Information Administration (EIA). The data shows that production fell 2.5% Year on Year to 863,000 barrels per day, against a production of 885 thousand barrels / day from the previous week.

During the week of June 28, ethanol stocks fell 5.2% to 15.4 million barrels, the lowest volume since EIA started registering the data, in mid-2010, according to Dow Jones Agency.
